My name is Aicha Eriyani , and I am a young person battling multiple serious health conditions that have dramatically affected my daily life.

I have been diagnosed with *Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (Lupus), a rare autoimmune disease, along with a **brain cyst, **spinal complications, and **severe anemia*. These conditions have caused me ongoing pain, fatigue, and physical limitations.

Despite everything, I’ve always tried to stay strong and hopeful. But now, I need urgent medical help that is far beyond what I can afford on my own.
